Senior UI/UX Designer

Designs intuitive user experiences and visual interfaces for Web3 products, from understanding user needs to delivering polished final designs.

About the role: We're looking for a senior designer to lead product design and our visual identity. You'll work directly with the founders and engineering team and have real influence on how our products look and work.

We want someone passionate about design, eager to learn and happy to contribute beyond their core role. You should enjoy working in a fast-moving startup where priorities shift and ownership is expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Nima Labs visual identity and brand guidelines
• Design web and mobile product experiences, from early concepts to final UI
• Build and maintain the design system together with engineering
• Create marketing, social and launch assets
• Prototype and test ideas quickly with users and the team

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product and/or brand design
• A portfolio showing strong visual skills and product thinking
• Strong command of Figma
• Experience with Adobe tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
• Interest in AI tools (Claude Design, ChatGPT, Figma AI, Google Stich or similar) and willingness to experiment with them in your workflow
• Comfort in a startup environment with a fast pace and changing priorities
• Good communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience with fintech, trading, Web3 or data-heavy products
• Motion design or prototyping skills (Framer, Rive, Spline or similar)
